羊口疮病毒分子生物学检测方法研究进展Research Progress on Molecular Biological Detection Methods for Orf Virus

摘要(Abstract):
羊口疮是一种由羊口疮病毒(ORFV)引起的高度传染性疫病,给养羊业造成了严重经济损失,而及时准确检测病原体有利于减少因其造成的经济损失。现已建立了多种ORFV检测方法,其中分子生物学方法检测准确、灵敏度高、特异性强,可大幅提升ORFV检测能力,在防控羊口疮病发生和流行中发挥了重要作用。常规聚合酶链式反应(PCR)、实时荧光定量PCR (qPCR)、叠氮溴化丙啶结合PCR (PMA-PCR)以及环介导等温扩增(LAMP)、重组酶聚合酶扩增(RPA)等分子生物学方法在检测OFRV方面各有优势,但也都存在一定局限性,实际应用时要结合各自的条件和需求以及检测目的因地制宜地选择。随着现代分子生物技术的发展,一些新技术如数字液滴PCR (ddPCR)和第三代测序(TGS)等也将被探索用于ORFV检测研究。本文对ORFV分子生物学检测技术研究进展进行综述,以期为该病原快速检测方法的研制和检测标准制定提供借鉴。
